A healthy and sustainable growth benefitting our employees, customers and shareholders — this has distinguished Datwyler for more than 100 years. Our success story began with a small cable and rubber factory in Central Switzerland that Adolf Dätwyler took over in 1915. He managed to expand his company thanks to his visionary drive and kept it aligned with the ever-changing market demands. The values of our founder Adolf Dätwyler are the basis of our success to this day.

To ensure that these key success factors are not lost, Datwyler established them as official corporate values. These are entrepreneurship, customer focus, excellence and respect for others.
