Senior Advanced Technology Development Engineer (f/m/d) in fulltime

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute R&D and technology development projects focused on future application and products across wide range of markets and applications
  • Design, prototyping and testing of product ideas and concepts
  • Create project plan, resource estimate, business drivers and the technical path
  • Communicate and interact with a multi-disciplinary team (business development, R&D material, regulatory experts, simulation, tooling, operations, ..)
  • Create and manage a network of partners for the developments (internal and external, development partners (academic or industrial), suppliers and subcontractors
  • Interact with customers and support commercial and business development activities in the area of new products and technologies
  • Support technology scouting and innovation management activities

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and R&D roles in mobility, energy sector or similar industries
  • Excellent academic track record (M.Sc. or PhD) in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of mechanical design, measurement techniques, electronics, sensoric and software
  • Driven, purposeful and communicative personality
  • Basic knowledge of lean development principles, design thinking and agile project management is an advantage
  • Openness to travel
  • Fluency in English and German is a must (written and oral level C2)
