Senior Advanced Technology Development Engineer (f/m/d) in fulltime
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and execute R&D and technology development projects focused on future application and products across wide range of markets and applications
- Design, prototyping and testing of product ideas and concepts
- Create project plan, resource estimate, business drivers and the technical path
- Communicate and interact with a multi-disciplinary team (business development, R&D material, regulatory experts, simulation, tooling, operations, ..)
- Create and manage a network of partners for the developments (internal and external, development partners (academic or industrial), suppliers and subcontractors
- Interact with customers and support commercial and business development activities in the area of new products and technologies
- Support technology scouting and innovation management activities

Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and R&D roles in mobility, energy sector or similar industries
- Excellent academic track record (M.Sc. or PhD) in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of mechanical design, measurement techniques, electronics, sensoric and software
- Driven, purposeful and communicative personality
- Basic knowledge of lean development principles, design thinking and agile project management is an advantage
- Openness to travel
- Fluency in English and German is a must (written and oral level C2)
