To achieve this, we are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Development Manager - Strategic Partnerships to identify and manage key collaborations, enabling mutual success and market expansion.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential partnerships that align with business objectives, including industry leaders and complementary organizations.
  • Develop partnership strategies that create mutual value, leveraging an in-depth understanding of partner business models and market needs.
  • Craft innovative, win-win collaboration structures that enhance Datwyler’s market position.

 

Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison for strategic partners, maintaining strong, productive relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Work closely with internal teams—Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Operations—to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Provide partners with insights and strategic guidance to maximize the value and impact of collaborations.

 

Commercial Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that contribute to revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements that ensure profitability while aligning with company policies and goals.
  • Drive additional growth opportunities through co-branding, joint marketing, and cross-promotional activities.

 

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate partnership effectiveness, regularly reporting results to senior management.
  • Analyze data, gather partner feedback, and assess market trends to refine strategies and maximize returns.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.

 

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 5-7 years in business development or strategic partnerships, with a track record of creating and managing impactful collaborations.
  • Relevant experience in parenteral packaging systems or a similar industry is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and credibility.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
