HR Business Partner Europe
As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will be leading and driving the recruitment process for Global/Regional positions and some local management roles in Europe. You will be managing Regional HR projects and initiatives to support business growth in Europe and working together with the Senior HR Director to build a strong HR foundation in the region. This will include (but is not limited to) HR processes, policies, compliance, procedures and data accuracy. The role will also contribute to the development and execution of the Regional HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the Global HR strategy by partnering with business leaders and site HR teams across the region.
Your responsibilities - Talent Acquisition
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Global/Regional positions and some local management roles.
- Actively source candidates through various channels and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Define and manage recruitment channels and maintain relationships with external search firms
- Apply and interpret psychometric assessments as part of the selection process
- Support employer branding initiatives and social media strategies to attract top talent
- Ensure seamless onboarding processes for new hires
Your responsibilities - HR Projects & Strategy
Coordinate Regional HR Projects and Initiatives to support business growth and build a high performance culture in the region.
- Understand Business requirements/need of all Divisions/functions
- Coordinate and organize Regional HR meetings and follow-up actions
- Interface between Global HR CoE leaders and local Site HR leaders
- Support to build a strong HR foundation to standardize and ensure consistency across the region for HR processes, policies, procedures and data accuracy and make continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations and manage follow-up actions on compliance reviews
- Support the Regional Performance review process
- Validate and ensure consistency of Grading and Titling Structure in the region
- Coordinate Regional Talent Management initiatives, including but not limited to Learning & Development, Talent Review and Calibrations, Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Succession Planning…etc.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior HR Director and HR team to align HR Strategies and operational initiatives
Your (ideal) profile as Regional HR BP
- Professional HR experience in full HR Life Cycle, with a proven track record, ideally in global recruitment within a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across different levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, proactive, analytical and a results-driven problem solver
- Team player with intercultural awareness
- Knowledge of HR processes and business partnering is a plus
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written; knowledge of additional European languages is an asset
- Certifications in psychometric assessments and user experience in SAP SuccessFactors are a plus
