Process and Validation Engineer

Goal

Drive efficiency and quality improvements in critical processes, facilitate the introduction of new products and processes, ensure compliance with customer requirements, and optimize manufacturing to meet both internal and external quality standards.

 

Responsabilities

Responsible for initiating and leading optimization projects to enhance efficiency and quality in critical processes at SBE, specifically targeting areas with a low error detection rate, and ensuring global improvement for DSS Healthcare. 

This includes the following duties and responsibilities: 

  • Identifying key processes with improvement potential. 
  • Initiating optimization projects to address inefficiencies and quality concerns. 
  • Leading cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. 
  • Monitoring project progress and assessing results to ensure targeted improvements are achieved. 

 

Responsible for managing change processes to efficiently introduce new products and processes, developed by ECC, New Product Development, TPI, or R&D, into Operations SBE while ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards. 

This includes the following duties and responsibilities: 

  • Leading and coordinating change management initiatives to support the introduction of new products and processes. 
  • Ensuring all changes align with both internal quality requirements and external customer expectations. 
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions during change implementation. 
  • Monitoring the success of new product or process introductions and making adjustments as needed. 

 

Responsible for validating critical processes, equipment, and products to ensure they meet both internal and external customer-specific requirements. 

This includes the following duties and responsibilities: 

  • Developing and executing validation protocols for dedicated processes and equipment. 
  • Ensuring that all validation activities comply with regulatory standards and customer requirements. 
  • Documenting validation results and reporting on compliance status. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.  
  • Act as a Process and Validation (P&V) expert for critical processes, contributing to the optimization of manufacturing practices that meet internal, external, and customer-specific quality requirements. 
  • This includes the following duties and responsibilities: 
  • Providing expertise and guidance in dedicated processes to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure processes are optimized for compliance and productivity. 
  • Leading troubleshooting efforts for process-related issues and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence. 

Staying updated on industry best practices and integrating them into the organization's processes.
