Program Manager

 

Goal

You will lead critical customer-facing projects while driving continuous improvement of our internal business processes. This dual focus role is pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution for key clients and optimizing operational effectiveness, including our PLM environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex customer projects on time, within scope and budget
  • Serve as the primary interface with strategic customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including risk assessments and progress reporting
  • Coordinate across R&D, operations, quality and commercial teams to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and align priorities
  • Analyze, design and implement improvements to core business processes, with a focus on scalability, efficiency and quality
  • Champion the optimization and adoption of PLM processes, tools and workflows across departments
  • Collborate with process owners to document current practices, identify pain points and implement improvements
  • Drive digitization initiatives related to process performance and transparency
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of changes through KPI's and continuous feedback

Your Profile

  • A Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project / program management, ideally in a manufacturing, medtech or pharma environment
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, especially within regulated industries
  • Experience developing and deploying PLM processes and systems
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder networks and deliver cross-functional programs
  • Fluent in English, other European languages are an asset (e.g. Dutch, German, French)
