Strategy and M&A Manager

The Goal

Participation and support in the development and execution of the Group’s strategy and long-term strategic plan, identification and evaluation of organic and inorganic growth opportunities (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, partnerships), and realization of group strategic initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of the group’s strategy and strategic plan, as well as collaborate to group and business units’ strategic initiatives
  • Support strategic decision-making by analyzing financial, operational, and industry data
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Identify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities (e.g., M&A, partnerships, other type of collaboration model) through comprehensive strategic assessments, detailed business planning and financial modeling, and valuation analysis (e.g., DCF, multiples)
  • Conduct industry and competitive research
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, sales, operations) in the execution of strategic projects such as M&A (e.g., pre-analysis, due diligence, post-merger integration)
  • Prepare project materials and documentation for executive leadership and board discussions, ensuring the highest level of quality standards

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields; Master’s degree and/or MBA as a plus
  • 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity or corporate development
  • Strong strategic thinking, presentation, financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages as a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills; experience with OKRs as a plus
