Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain security solutions for endpoints and Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
• Monitor security alerts and conduct incident response activities to identify, analyze, and remediate threats.
• Manage security policies and controls across Microsoft Defender, Intune, and other M365 security tools.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, network, and compliance teams to enforce security standards.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments and ensure timely remediation.
• Drive the development of security awareness initiatives and training for end users.
• Evaluate and integrate new security technologies and solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
• Support audits and compliance efforts (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Continuously monitor evolving security threats and recommend proactive countermeasures.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in endpoint security and Microsoft 365 security administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft security solutions: Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, Intune, Azure AD Security, etc.
• Experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team.
