Sustainabiltiy Officer


Your responsibilities:


  • ESG regulations: Monitor and provide ongoing advice in relation to the increasing body of laws and regulations in the area of ESG risk management requirements in Switzerland and international
  • Compliance: Development of relevant guidelines and procedures in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
  • Management system / Assurance: Development and implemention of a sustainability related management system
  • BCP: Development and implemention of a standardized Business Continuity Planning program in all Datwyler locations
  • Risk management: Evaluation and standardization of site ESG risk assessments and processes
  • Internal audits: Conduct internal ESG audits and report observations to the site management and other interested parties
  • Reporting: Sustainability reporting in line with recognised standards such as Ecovadis, GRI, CDP, TCFD etc.

Our requirements:


  • Minimal travel required
  • Master's degree in law, economics, management, environmental science or a relevant field
  • Additional education and experience in the field of sustainability /compliance
  • Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Able to work independently and partner with different stakeholders to achieve results, with a clear attention to detail and quality standards.


Work Experience:  8 to 10 years.
