For our office near Como we are searching for a Customer Project Manager (all genders)

That's how you spend your time:

• You are responsible for acquiring and delivering designated projects with customers and partners
• You are responsible for cost and offering calculation, the bidding process and for assuring timing and planning according to given deadlines
• You coordinate all teams and stakeholders internally to commit and plan their resources in advance, to deliver their work packages in time and to qualify their deliveries
• Together with sourcing and production you plan, order and coordinate demand and deliveries based on customer demand forecasts
• You plan and coordinate logistics together with our distribution partners to assure timely and efficient logistics
• You manage customer complaints, identify potential for process optimisation and project management, suggest measures and implement them accordingly
• Together with finance you run project controlling, identify budget deviations and suggest improvements
• You manage stakeholders like end customers, partners, internal departments (e.g. product management, sourcing, finance, logistic, production, suppliers, etc.) and assure communication with the projects

Your profile:

• Master's degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Data Engineering)
• Technical knowledge and professional experience in communications, data engineering or automation
• Experience in the field of logistics, with focus on supply chain-, product- and/or life cycle management 
• You are used to independent, proactive and solution oriented working style
• You have experience in managing two-digit million euro projects with a high focus on sourcing and delivery
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• You are fluent in Italian and have good English skills; German language skills are welcome too
• You are a decisive, open-minded and motivated personality with conceptual, networked and entrepreneurial thinking
• You are a team player, have a high level of social competence and have a strong communication and customer orientation
