The Manager Program Management is in charge of program management unit for end-to-end leadership of engineering program activities, ensuring sustainable business growth, operational excellence, and team capability development in line with company strategy.

1. A leader of program management unit.
2. Project & Business Management

• Lead Program Manager to have end-to-end program management from quotation support, development and industrialization to SOP and serial production.
• Ensure projects meet customer requirements in quality, cost, and delivery (QCD).
• Support new business acquisition through feasibility evaluation and quotation decisions.
• Ensure compliance with APQP processes and PPAP / customer milestone requirements.

2. Project Management Systems & Processes

• Establish, maintain and continuously improve project management processes, tools and standards.
• Monitor project KPIs, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure cross-functional alignment and transparency.

3. Cross-functional & Customer Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional resources including engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing and sales.
• Act as the main program interface towards customers.
• Support and participate in customer meetings and technical/commercial negotiations.

4. Team & People Management

• Build and develop a competent and high-performing program management team.
• Manage recruitment, development, coaching and performance of program managers.
• Enhance team capabilities in project management, customer communication and intercultural collaboration.

5. Continuous Improvement & Digitalization

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to program management.
• Support and promote digitalization and automation of program management processes.
• Develop and implement new processes and tools together with the team.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, Mechanical, Materials or Automotive-related fields.
• Master's degree or business-related education is an advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in program/project management in the automotive components industry.
• Experience with Tier 1 suppliers or OEM projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan and related tools.
• Familiar with OEM standards and automotive project execution models.
• Proficient in English for daily verbal and written business communication.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office / ERP / PLM systems.
• Result-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in multicultural and high-pressure environments.
• Strong motivation for continuous learning and development.
