We are seeking a motivated Customer Service professional to join our  Transport & Electronics team. This role is pivotal in supporting regional sales strategy execution, enhancing customer engagement, and driving operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally to optimize CRM/CMS systems, deliver insightful reporting, and reinforce a customer-focused culture across the Americas and EMEA.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist customer representatives with quotations, pricing activities, and inquiries. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Create and analyze global and regional reports, including KPIs, demand reviews, and market analyses. Present insights through clear charts, graphs, and tables.
  • Manage CRM interfaces, ensure KPI visibility, digitize contracts in CMS, and support customer performance analysis.
  • Plan and coordinate customer meetings or events, including logistics, venues, and technical support.
  • Build strong customer relationships, manage day-to-day interactions, and foster a “best-in-class” customer intimacy environment.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer support, sales operations, or a related field, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, CMS tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Qlik Sense, IBP).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-directed/motivated, comfortable working in home office as well as office environments
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Other language skills considered as plus
