Your Position1

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling the day to day “order-process” flow for assigned accounts within Datwyler’s client base.  This includes processing orders, confirming orders or negotiating a middle ground with clients, communicating effectively and on a timely basis with clients, sales reps and internal customers.  

Areas of responsibility

Customer Contact:  The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary source of customer contact and will be responsible for coordination and completion of daily activities required to process customer orders and to support future business leads.

Processes Orders: The Customer Service Representative will demonstrates ability and willingness to perform hands-on functions to ensure on-time delivery and accurate processing.

Internal Liaison: The position will act as liaison between customers, sales representatives and various internal departments within the organization; will provide information regarding customer requests, production status, quantity confirmations, shipping/delivery and other order processing details to ensure quality, on-time delivery and overall customer satisfaction.

You are a professional with a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment or in an account management capacity. You have demonstrated ability to deliver above average communication skills both verbally and in writing. You have the ability to perform regular duties with little or no supervision and are able to assess situations to determine next course of action. You are proficient in Microsoft applications with SAP experience preferred.
