IT PLM Systems Expert
In this position you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing IT-supported processes that guide a product from initial idea to market launch. You’ll connect engineering, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure seamless data flow, efficient workflows, and powerful system integration—helping us deliver products faster, smarter, and more collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain IT-enabled processes across NPI, product development, RFQ, and launch readiness.

Create standardized workflows and a single source of truth combining technical and commercial insights.

Connect engineering tools (CAD, PLM, simulation) with ERP, CRM, and quotation or customer platforms for seamless interoperability.

Act as the bridge between engineering, R&D, commercial, and IT teams, translating needs into effective IT solutions.

Provide training and guidance to ensure effective use of tools and processes across all teams.

Maintain reliable, centralized product and customer data, build dashboards, and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Identify and implement process optimizations, automation opportunities, and change management initiatives.
What We're Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting product lifecycle processes in technical and commercial environments.

Hands-on experience integrating PLM, ERP, CAD, and CRM systems.

Deep understanding of engineering and commercial workflows.

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of ISO/TS quality management systems is a plus.

Skilled in system integration, workflow configuration, process mapping, lifecycle tracking, and change management.

Strong grasp of NPI, RFQ, and go-to-market processes.

Understanding of commercial quoting, pricing, and sales pipelines.

Exceptional cross-departmental communication, analytical skills, and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
