IT Business Applications & Project Support Specialist

Base Location: Pune, India (Magarpatta City)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for the customer for all Success Factors and Concur Applications 
  • Use knowledge and judgement to diagnose issues and problems and resolve these issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Ensure that the IT Service requests related to Success Factors and Concur Applications are routinely monitored and that all enquiries and requests are actioned in line with the Service Desk Operational Performance Targets as defined by the Team Leader.
  • Monitor incoming calls and perform a first analysis of the incoming cases and categorize them (incidents, change requests, service request etc.)
  • Solve most common incidents at first level - The Service Desk as a whole is expected to deliver a first time fix on the majority of reported common incidents.
  • Take ownership for the call resolution and utilize internal and external support specialist when required
  • Involvement of project implementation work of further applications or modules when required

 

Your Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • at least 1 years' experience in projects and support in the applications area.
  • preferably knowledge of Success Factors EC, ONB,RCM.
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills coupled with a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills in both written and oral in English language.
  • Customer-oriented and customer friendly approach.
  • Precise and structured way of working.
  • Results-driven with the ability to take initiatives, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of working in a multi cultural global organization.
