Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role and information security auditing
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations affecting the industry
- Computer System Validation (e.g. GAMP or CFR21 part 11) and Data protection principle knowledge (GDPR or FADP or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and wider organisation
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess compliance risks across the Datwyler organisation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs such as ISO 27001/ITGC
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address compliance gaps
- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend appropriate corrective actions
- Stay current on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organisation
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Educate and train employees on compliance policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and complete compliance records
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
- Report compliance activities and findings to senior management
