Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role and information security auditing
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations affecting the industry
  • Computer System Validation (e.g. GAMP or CFR21 part 11) and Data protection principle knowledge (GDPR or FADP or similar)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and wider organisation

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess compliance risks across the Datwyler organisation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs such as ISO 27001/ITGC
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address compliance gaps
  • Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend appropriate corrective actions
  • Stay current on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organisation
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Educate and train employees on compliance policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and complete compliance records
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
  • Report compliance activities and findings to senior management
