HRIS Business Architect


• Reports to: Head of ERP Services
• Interacts with: Key Users, End Users, external Partners or suppliers, peer groups in ICT


• You will join our team of talented business analyst, architects work collaboratively with them to deliver support to our business units within the HRIS practice. You will work on a global and agile environment , contributing to the achievement of improvements, project delivery and support within the HRIS practice

• Act as main contact for Global HR Information System for Datwyler companies
• Support in a daily operations fo Global HR Information System for Datwyler companies and for local payroll systems where applicable
• Involvement in projects related to Global HR Information System and its integration with external local systems


  • Professional, proactive communication with internal customers & colleagues and external vendors
  • Serves as a lead for HR TDT (Talent Development Team), providing advice and guidance on complex/significant issues for IT services in the HR domain
  • Provide project leadership for projects and initiatives as related to HR information system(s)
  • Partners with HR leaders and/or business unit leaders on system solution design/project management
  • Meet with stakeholders to define business needs and correct management of the expectations of customers & colleagues
  • Respond and resolve help desk inquiries. Track and report on overall quantity and type of help desk requests and resolutions
  • Identifies new HR needs and the software products to fulfill these needs
  • Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions and ways to remain compliant with policy and legal changes
  • Involvment in Global HRIS development, testing and validation
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades


  • Ability to prioritise
  • 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within HRIS required. Experience developing and implementing strategies related to HRIS preferred
  • Strong project management skills as well as evidence of experience playing a key role in system upgrades or implementation or integration / conversion in HRIS
  • Min. 2 full life cycle SuccessFactor (SF) project implementations. Certification in SF module is a must
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM and modules (PA, OM, PY) is a plus
  • Experience as HR assistant or business partner is highly appreciated
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with expert-level reporting skills required
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Basic knowledge of German is a plus
  • Entrepreneur / Proactive attitude and capability to work with a minimum guidance
  • Capability to work in a multi-cultural environment
