Job Purpose

•    Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS daily functional support
•    Manage issues reported to the HRIS help via service nowqueue and provide global end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology assistance and escalation management. 
•    Involvement in projects related to the two domains SAP and LMS

Skills & Technical Competencies & behaviour

•    Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors
•    Certification in any of the SF module is preferred.
•    Experience as HR assistant or business partner is highly appreciated
•    Advanced knowledge of MS office products(Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
•    Experience in training and coaching people is a plus
•    Very good level of English in written and spoken form
•    Proactive attitude and capability to work with a minimum guidance
•    Capability to work in a multi-cultural environment 
•    Builds relationship and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders
 

Main Tasks & responsibilities

•    Support on applications such as SuccessFactors, Concur and EFront(LMS)
•    Support multiple modules in SuccessFactors -EC, Recruiting, PMGM, Compensation, Time-off and Reporting.
•    Support end-user in case of issues or questions through service now (ticketing tool)
•    Troubleshoot, identify and resolve problems that occur in SF
•    Document processes, designs and testing activities
•    Participate in Global HR Services projects
•    Involved in the lifecycle of critical projects from design through go-live
•    Provide solid, error free and efficient functional and technical solutions with minimum management supervision
•    Assist in identifying and resolving SF issues across multiple functional areas
•    Provide problem resolution for SF support issues to internal business partners and maintain support logs and technical documentation
•    Provide effective and timely oral and written communications to management, peers and users.
•    Identification and escalation of issues and risks to management in a timely manner.
