MES Expert
- To assist in the optimization of manufacturing processes through the support and enhancement of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- To contribute to the implementation, and maintenance of MES solution that enhance efficiency, quality, and traceability in manufacturing operations.
- To help rollout out the global MES solution to our various plants in region
- To work closely with the global MES team and support international projects if required
- To work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure MES strategies align with business goals and integrate seamlessly with other systems.
Responsibilities
MES Strategy and Development:
- Participate in the design, development and execution of MES strategies that align with the company's manufacturing objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure successful MES integration with other systems (ERP, SCADA, etc.).
System Configuration and Maintenance:
- Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting MES software and hardware.
- Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation using MES tools.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase production throughput.
Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for MES key users.
- Maintain detailed documentation of MES configurations, procedures, and workflows.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Some experience or internships in MES implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Basic knowledge of MES software platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with discrete manufacturing processes.
- High level of commitment, responsibility, and flexibility.
- Proficiency in English.
