Master Data Specialist

Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of master data within SAP, supporting business operations and contributing to data quality and process improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, validate, and process SAP master data requests with a high level of accuracy
• Manage daily workflow and ensure timely completion of assigned requests
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather required information for data setup
• Perform data maintenance, updates, and clean-up activities
• Support data migration, harmonization, and improvement initiatives
• Participate in projects related to master data and system enhancements
• Prepare documentation such as validation steps, test scripts, and process descriptions
• Identify and resolve data issues, escalating when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in data management, SAP, or similar environment
• Experience with master data or ERP systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Strong communication skills in English
