Order Fullfillment Representative
State the primary function or overall purpose of the position
Receive and answer inquiries from customers relating to items that include product availability, price, and shipping mode. Notify customer in advance of changes in an order status that they adversely impact customer relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Process customer demand
- Establish and maintain working relationships with key personnel at the customer and with customer team representatives in the field.
- Create pick list for Customers
- Follow-up of shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure plant inventory objectives are met
- Monitor daily production (track open order status through production, shipping, and delivery)
- Manage phase in/phase out to avoid obsolete material
- Monitor Sales as daily basis
- Support Sales forecast process

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in business Admin, Engineering or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in an automotive customer service role is required.
- 3-5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
- Understand and adhere to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 procedures specific to Customer Service process.
- Basic understanding of keyboard, Monitor and Hard Drive, Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
- Bi-lingual (Spanish & English-language capability, speaking, reading & writing
