Your Responsibilities:
- Lead internal IT projects and manage change requests.
- Perform business requirement engineering in collaboration with business stakeholders for projects and change requests related to corporate applications (ERP, CRM, SRM, BI, Website, HRM, HCM, etc.).
- Act as the Product Owner for the corporate application stack and ensure its continuous development.
- Coordinate the global rollout of IT systems and hardware projects involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop IT services into modular, reusable service components.
- Create Service Level Agreements (SLAs) defining recurring services between providers and clients.
- Monitor SLAs to ensure smooth operations for customers and avoid penalties for service providers.
- Conduct service review meetings to assess the current status and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage and resolve escalations effectively.
- Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement of provided services.
- Implement security concepts to minimize system disruptions.
- Conduct system introductions and training sessions.
- Perform audits, prepare reports, and derive improvement measures.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external service providers in ongoing operational matters, and maintain relationships with external partners.
Your Profile:
- Advanced technical degree in IT (HF or equivalent).
- Several years of experience in business and/or IT service management.
- Strong negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
- High affinity for IT processes and automation tools.
- Solid knowledge of S4/Hana, SAP CX, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM.
- Self-reliant and independent working style combined with excellent organizational skills.
- Certifications and experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL®, Cobit, TOGAF, FitSM).
