Junior Master Data Specialist

Are you detail-oriented and interested in working with data in an international environment? Join our global Master Data team and help ensure high-quality data that supports business operations across regions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain master data (e.g., customers, suppliers, materials) in SAP or relevant systems
  • Validate and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data entries
  • Process incoming master data requests
  • Follow established master data governance rules, standards, and procedures
  • Perform routine data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies
  • Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely handling of requests
  • Support issue resolution by collaborating with business stakeholders and internal teams
  • Document processes, data standards, and working instructions
  • Support data clean-up, harmonization, and improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of master data processes and tools

Our Requirements

  • You have Bachelor degree Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field or you are studying
  • 0–1.5 years of experience within an Master Data Management  
  • Fluent in English, additional language are an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
  • Logical and analytical thinking, likes to work with large amounts of data
  • You are quick learner and motivated to progress
  • Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills, openness to change, and willingness to learn
  • First experience in administration, shared services, or data management is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) is beneficial
  • You have a good sense of humor
