Holding this diverse position, you are a member of the Global Human Resources Business Partner Team and you have the opportunity to operate in a multi-faceted role.


You are responsible for:

  • Leading, supporting and controlling global human resources projects (e.g. employee surveys, DSS-Beyond, Pilgrim Learning Management System, human resources information systems etc.) in order to ensure the viability and the operational success of the broader human resources functions
  • Supporting the various human resources functions in analysing and redesigning our current human resources process landscapes and systems
  • Taking ownership of the planning, design and the launch of human resources core processes, including respective communication
  • Providing expert advice, guidance and coaching in all human resources related topics, to your stakeholders and local human resources departments, in cooperation with the Human Resources Vice President
  • Recruiting for positions with regional/global impact, and setting up individual development plans
  • Analysis of internal and external benchmark data (HR KPIs) and HR key figures of the regional and global locations, as well as maintenance of BSC-Tools


You have a bachelor's degree with the main focus on Human Resources Management or equivalent, and proven knowledge of basic human resources processes. You have already worked in the fields of learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, KPI / BSC etc. Long-term experience as a Human Resources Specialist or Head of Human Resources is of essential importance. Exposure to different cultures and union environments is an added value. You lead and motivate others by demonstrating profound empathy and you enjoy moderating workshops, and presenting to highly-qualified employees and managers. For this global position, fluent written and spoken German and English skills are necessary (level C1/C2).
