Your responsibilities 

  • Responsible in execution of experiments through the technical process starting from raw material to finish products
  • Coordinate the mixing process of development and serial compounds, including research projects
  • Establish internal test specifications for raw materials and compounds, as well, the test parameters 
  • Create technical reports
  • Collaborate with multifunctional core teams (Research & Development, Technical Maintenance, Raw materials supply) to successfully identify, develop and launch new products 
  • Support the production team through the development of production processes in order to improve processes and compounds
  • Support the quality team regarding customer complaints providing mixing expertise

Our requirements

  • A polymer material technologist formation or bachelor’s degree in chemistry 
  • First practical experience in the rubber industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of using measuring instruments, such as rheometer, Mooney viscometer and RPA
  • Willingness to innovative ideas, expertise and knowledge with integrity, speed and a result-oriented approach
  • A high level of commitment, sense of responsibility and flexibility 
  • Fluency in German and English (written and oral min. level B2. C1 would be an advantage)
