Key Account Manager大客户经理(工业线束)

How you spend your time

1.Develop new Industrial Harnessing customers in China market for long term business relationship with Datwyler.
2.Implement sales strategy and make sales plan according to company requirement.
3.Analyze and monitor competitor activities as well as product, market and industry trends to ensure our company is maintaining a competitive edge.
4.Work closely with major customers in category development/ management.
5.Work independently and aggressively to reach the target, meet and exceed sales plan.
6.Build, manage and develop the Industrial Harnessing sales team, lead and support team members’ development and to reach and exceed sales target.
7.Other tasks that could be assigned by direct manager.

What will make you successful

1.Be familiar with Industrial Harnessing market, experienced in industrial IOT is preferred.
2.Strong key account management and relationship building skills.
3.People/team management experience is a plus.
4.Good command of MS-office software.
5.Basic English skill.
6.Accept frequent business trip.
7. Over 6 years' sales experience in similar industry.
