R&D Engineer

How you spend your time

1.In Charge of Industrial communication and control cable and Industrial connector products development，Includes products design, new material, process and DOE.
负责工业通讯控制线缆、工业连接器产品的开发, 包括产品设计，新材料、产品工艺和实验设计。
2.Cooperate with product engineers to conduct pre-technical assessment of industrial new product development or introduction, R&D process control and post-improvement process follow-up.
与产品工程师配合，对工业新产品开发或导入进行前期技术评估，研发过程控制和后期改善过程跟进。
3.Be responsible for technical documents, Raw-material specification, BOM, Process Card, product specification Tools drawing etc., ensuring technical document accurate and up-to-date.
负责相关产品技术文件，原材料采购规范、工艺物料清单、产品控制文件、产品规范、模具图纸等,确保技术文件准确和及时更新。
4.Responsible for the BOM calculation and quotation of customer needs, the formulation of product specifications, and ensure that the relevant quotation work is completed on time.
负责客户需求的BOM计算和报价，产品规格书的制定，确保相关报价工作按时完成。
5.Working with process engineer to solve process issues.
与工艺工程师协同解决工艺过程问题。
6.Working with QA to close complains from customer and quality issues.
与质量部协同解决客户投诉和质量问题。
7.Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop new materials and industrial product supplier development, collaborate on cost savings, qualify raw materials and outsourced products
与资源团队协同开发新的材料和工业产品供应商开发、协同实现成本节约，原材料和外包产品的资质确认。
 

What will make you successful

1.More than or equal to 3 years’ work experience in Industrial cable design and production process, has the experience of industrial connector research and development is prefect .
3年及以上工业线缆设计及生产工艺经验,同时具有工业连接器研发经验加分。
2.With LV special communication control cables, industrial connector product R&D experience is necessary.
具有低压特种通讯控制线缆、工业连接器产品研发经验。
3.Familiarity with the industrial cable/connector product development process.
熟悉工业电缆/连接器产品开发流程。
4.Familiar with the processing performance of PE, PVC, LS0H, PUR and other engineering plastics.
熟悉聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、低烟无卤、PUR及其他工程塑料的加工性能。
5.Familiar with IEC/UL/BS/GB and other cable related standards
熟悉IEC/UL/BS/GB等线缆相关标准等。
6.Experience in tooling mold design and proficiency in CAD-2D and 3D software.
具有工装模具设计经验，可熟练使用CAD-2D 和3D 软件。
7.Basic skill of project management，PMP certificated is prefect.
具备项目管理的基本技能，PMP 证书加分。

8. University Educated /Bachelor Degree，Insulation technology/ cable manufacturing, electrical engineering and automation.
本科/学士学位，绝缘技术/电缆制造、电气工程及其自动化专业方向。
