About the Role

 

As a CRM Manager, you will help us in driving business growth by optimizing our CRM systems and strategy. You will identify areas for process improvements, enhance user efficiency, and ensure high data quality standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll align CRM strategies with business goals to support data-driven decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Optimize CRM Processes

    • Conduct regular audits to identify inefficiencies in current CRM processes.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance usability, data accuracy, and user efficiency.
    • Test new CRM functionalities and measure the impact of implemented changes.

 

  • Develop and Lead CRM Training Programs

    • Create tailored CRM training materials and resources for users at all levels.
    • Organize regular training sessions, workshops, and refreshers.
    • Provide ongoing support and track user adoption rates to identify further training needs.

 

  • Establish a Governance Framework

    • Develop a framework to manage CRM changes with transparency and structured decision-making.
    • Set up a cross-functional governance committee to prioritize system updates and enhancements.
    • Maintain clear communication with all users regarding governance decisions and updates.

 

  • Day-to-Day CRM Administration

    • Oversee daily CRM administration tasks, including user management and system configuration.
    • Troubleshoot issues and ensure the CRM is regularly updated with the latest features and security protocols.
    • Maintain a log of issues and enhancements to track and resolve any outstanding matters.

 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Serve as the primary liaison between sales, marketing, and IT to ensure CRM initiatives support business objectives.
    • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to integrate CRM data into campaigns and engagement strategies.
    • Work with IT on technical support, integrations, and implementation of new CRM functionalities.

 

  • Stay Informed on CRM Trends

    • Keep up to date with emerging CRM technologies, tools, and trends.
    • Recommend new CRM tools or processes to improve business outcomes and test innovative initiatives.
    • Attend conferences and training to enhance CRM expertise.

 

  • Generate Insights to Inform Strategy

    • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards that visualize metrics like customer engagement, sales pipeline health, and lead conversion.
    • Present data-driven insights to leadership to guide marketing and sales strategies.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Relevant experience in CRM management or a related role
  • Trusted with CRM software with experience in configuration, customization, and administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Tech-savy
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues across IT, Sales, and Marketing
