Are you (beginning) professional in engineering eager to make a global impact? Join us as a Jr. Global Process Engineer specializing in Vision Inspection. In this role, you'll become an expert in process technologies, driving standardization, optimization, and innovation across our manufacturing plants. You'll work with cutting-edge vision inspection systems, refine process KPIs, and support global improvement initiatives. You'll also coach process engineers, support development projects, and act as a key liaison for stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth process knowledge to act as an expert, advisor, and coach.
  • Stay updated on new process and technological market developments.
  • Support the implementation of vision inspection systems in a global network of manufacturing plants.
  • Contribute to defining the process technology roadmap for future-ready vision inspection systems.
  • Drive global standardization and harmonization of processes and equipment.
  • Refine and monitor process KPIs and critical process parameters.
  • Lead data-driven improvement initiatives worldwide.
  • Coach process engineers by actively participating in expert communities.
  • Support new product or process development projects, investment projects, and M&A activities.
  • Assist in defining and maintaining pFMEAs.
  • Serve as the process counterpart for customers, suppliers, and the internal organization, supporting the Global Process Expert.

Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related field.
  • First work experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of processes and automatic process control systems.
  • Affinity for vision inspection system development and engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Halcon is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, creative problem solving, and statistical analysis skills.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to connect at all levels.
  • Team player who can inspire, motivate, and coach colleagues.
  • Strong relationship management skills with contractors, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  • Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
