Overview: Datwyler Healthcare, a global leader dedicated to delivering high-quality packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Our Technical and Scientific Services (TSS) Team collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to achieve our business objectives by providing exceptional scientific support and insights to both external customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities: As a Technical and Scientific Engineer (TSE) within the TSS Team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the scientific strategy for assigned customer accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the technical sales process by positioning Datwyler Healthcare products based on scientific insights and technical information.
• Gathering pertinent scientific and technical information from customers and adapting flexibly to their needs and expectations.
• Acting as the voice of the customer internally, facilitating communication between external customers and internal technical functions to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
• Addressing scientific inquiries from customers promptly and proactively identifying upcoming scientific trends to initiate internal projects.
• Enhancing Datwyler Healthcare's scientific and technical credibility internally and externally through delivering technical presentations, providing customer and internal trainings, and building scientific relationships within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.

Location and Travel:

This position offers remote work flexibility with approximately 20-30% travel requirement, including attendance at conferences, trade shows, and customer visits. Candidates should be comfortable with both domestic and international travel and have an affinity for attending targeted events to expand their network within the industry.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Educational background or experience in life sciences, drug research, or formulation is a plus.
• Knowledge of drug products and therapeutic classes is advantageous.
