How you will spend your time:
• You will drive enterprise-wide change and transformation efforts to further evolve our global business operating model amongst regions and global organisational set-up to manage technical, organisational and cultural change
• You will lead the development of a transformation playbook which will enable leaders to manage the change and transformation efforts successfully (e.g. stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, engagement plans, resistance management plans)
• You provide coaching and mentoring to (senior) managers, peers and employees
• You will plan, lead as well as execute global change/transformation efforts (e.g. workshops, onsite and online events, communication, etc.)
What will make you successful:
• You have experience and enjoy driving enterprise-wide change and transformation management activities across multiple regions for both technical and cultural change
• You are a great facilitator of meetings and workshops and will provide individual coaching to diverse stakeholder groups
• You understand change impacts across all in-scope audiences and lead management teams to mitigate impacts
• You work confidently and effectively through ambiguity and lead others to deliver success despite ambiguity
• You have demonstrated expert knowledge of change management methodology e.g. ChangeFirst, Prosci, etc.
• Proficient German & English language, expert written and verbal skills to summarise complex ideas in a way that is easily understood by non-experts and easily embedded into operational settings
• You can articulate and establish desired outcomes and manage multi-stream metrics to demonstrate visible signs of progress towards outcomes
• You enjoy hybrid work-conditions and you are flexible to accommodate approx. 30% global travel
