The responsibility of the analyst is to handle incoming service requests and incidents that fall under the Digital Workplace Services scope. The analyst takes ownership and ensures timely delivery to ensure the highest quality of service.


•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
•    Min 5 – Max 8 years’ experience required 
•    Good spoken and written English 
•    Ability to work in non-standard work hours when necessary
•    Knowledge of ITIL Framework, Processes and Roles 
•    Familiar with ServiceNOW or other ITSM Systems
•    Knowledge of Microsoft stack


•    Responsible for the solution delivery to our endpoints such as PC's, notebooks and mobile devices
•    Setting and managing the user accounts using identity management tool in liaise with joiner or leaver process.
•    Support the implementation of Digital Workplace Services based on the latest Microsoft stack such as Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Azure AD, Windows 10 and 11
•    Demonstrate strong competence in the areas of security, Intune (MEM) and Active Directory management (on Prem and AAD).
•    Manage and Support Windows Autopilot configuration for standard/non-standard devices
•    Configuration Integration of cloud PCs (windows365) with Microsoft endpoint manager.
•    Manage the end to end Desktop lifecycle for security and patch management on the Business Windows Desktop and Laptop environment
•    Collaborate with MSP’s to support the Digital workplace services like SCCM, Nexthink and Defender
•    Manage and support the existing global group policies and plan for migration to Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
•    Support corporate and global applications via the helpdesk to ensure that they meet the needs of the business.
•    Enforce software licensing controls for all software used within the organization to ensure that it’s not exposed to litigation through software piracy.
•    Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required
•    Supporting the roll-out of new applications and solutions as part of ongoing project


•    Reports to: Digital Workplace Architecture Lead
•    Interacts with: Support team India; Users/ Key users, Peer groups in ICT, SAP team, BI team, Application Managers, Infrastructure team, Local ICT, Outsourcings Partner / Global ICT / All Internal People
