Senior Program Manager - General Industries (all genders)

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the optimal exercise of the interface between customers and internal specialist units in the product development process
- Sustainable support of the assigned projects from quotation preparation to series release as well as project planning and tracking
- Technical contact person for customers as well as their support within the scope of co-engineering
- Preparation of all release documentation as well as the procurement of project-specific manufacturing equipment or test facilities
Our requirements
- A degree in mechanical engineering and initial experience as a program manager
- Professional experience in the manufacturing process of elastomer molded parts and/or thermoplastics as well as in project management
- CAD knowledge as well as a good knowledge of ISO quality requirements
- A certain degree of flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 25% per year)
- A high degree of personal responsibility and assertiveness as well as a strong team spirit and a high service orientation
- Fluent written and oral English skills (level C1), German is an advantage
