Career Pathway

We are looking for a promising ‘entrepreneur’, who is willing to learn from the ground, and build her/his career with us for the long term. For a start, she/he shall be incepted to build a strong technical fundamental.  The chosen one must be innately motivated, aspired, and persevered to achieve the highest career development, with a natural flair of commercial acumen.  Business development is the first priority and pathway, to start with.


  • Understands, accepts, and executes company strategic directions
  • Absorbs, applies, and excels in technical solutions
  • Manages key accounts, and continues to business-develop new ones
  • Business develops and establishes contacts with IT personnel from end-users, consultants, developers, authorities, Mechanical & Electrical contractors, Main Contractors, System Integrators, Installers, Resellers, etc., across all spectrums of customer-value-chain eventually
  • Must be confident and comfortable in business developing with all levels of personnel, including IT Engineers, Managers, Directors, C level, Owners, Key Decision Makers
  • Existing Solution: Structured Cabling System
  • New Solutions: Micro/Mini Data Centre Racking System, Pre/Post Sales Services, Software, Turnkey service
  • Leverages on and coordinates for a technical presentation by our technical team on worthy/interested customers/parties
  • Continues to build sales/relationships by frequent visits and time-release of our latest solutions, etc.
  • By aforementioned, it enhances our brand awareness and equity amongst decision makers and future leaders
  • Spearheads marketing activities locally/regionally; as internal gateway and as external ambassador
  • Reporting:  Weekly Visit Report, Weekly Sales Funnel, Monthly Sales Report



  • > 2 years of business development or direct sales experience or engineering field, in IT/Electrical discipline
  • Proven mettle or relishes meeting new people, building/sustaining new relationships, and surmounting new challenges
  • Preferably in a B2B industry

  • ITE or Diploma or Degree; Engineering is a must, in IT/Electrical.  Willing to consider Mechanical candidate who is deemed as a fast learner.
