How you spend your time:

  • Prepare sales quotations for customers and administrative support to sales team.
  • Provide excellent customer service as the point of contact for local/overseas customers’ inquiries and concerns.
  • Process/monitor of customer orders and invoicing.
  • Inventory management and issuing of orders to inter-companies/suppliers.
  • Liaise with logistics team and manage order delivery timeliness.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records. Compile monthly sales reports.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management.

What will make you successful:

  • Diploma holder or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative/coordination/customer service role will be an advantage.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with both internal and external clients.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Proactive and possess initiative.
  • Desire to continually improve.
  • Strong sense of urgency and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadline.
